OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to an employees exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards: Unit Drilling Rig #401: On or about April 05, 2023, an employee operating a JLG Skytrak Telehandler (Model# 10054 T4F / Serial # 0160117540) was observed not wearing a seatbelt. This condition exposed the employee to struck-by hazards.
