29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: 376 Nash St. New Bedford, MA On or about 04/11/2023 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 25 feet to the ground below, where a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system was not in use. AAH Solar LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600476, Citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed a final order on 01/27/23 with respect to the workplace located at 1 Commercial St. Sharon, MA 02067
