29 CFR 191 0.305(g)(1 )(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) On or about April 11, 2023, at 5829 65 Infanteria Ave, Suite 201, Carolina, PR 00987 - in the Break Room/Shelter-In-Place, a power strip/extension cord Model: WONPRO WE-46-F640, was used in place of fixed wiring to provide power to a microwave oven and a coffee maker, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903 (c) and (d) respectively.
