29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about 04/11/2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at (Cottleville Trails) 9001 Camino Trail, Lot 224, Cottleville, MO., Fischer & Frichtel employees were installing siding materials to the side of a structure while being positioned on a supported scaffold approximately 14 feet above ground, which is the next lower landing surface.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about 04/11/2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 9001 Camino Trail, Lot 224, Cottleville, MO., employees were observed actively working installing siding materials to a structure, while being positioned at the end side of a supported scaffold. Protective guard rails were not installed at each end of the scaffold.
