29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a-762 Route 17N, Paramus NJ: (Roof) An employee engaged in a concrete pumping operation was positioned on an unprotected roof edge exposed to fall hazards of approximately 44t to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 04/12/2023.
