29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: (a) Cup Snacks - H3 Packaging Area; While operating the H3 Hassia outfeed conveyor on the reverse side, employees were exposed to shaft end collars with projecting set screws. (b) Swept Room; Ammonia cylinders used for cooling product were operated with projecting shaft ends that did not have smooth edges and ends.
