29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed.  Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.  Located in Building A, two exit doors were not free and obstructed. One door was blocked by a barbecue and another was blocked by a pressure washer. Employees are exposed to a potential tripping hazard that can lead to impeded egress during an  emergency.

29 CFR  1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour:  Located in Building A, oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders including acetylene. Employees are exposed to a fire hazard that could result in burns or smoke inhalation.  1. Two acetylene cylinders were stored next to an oxygen cylinder underneath a sign stating "Return all shop rags". 2.  One oxygen cylinder was stored next to a fuel-gas cylinder on a cart that did not have a 5ft non-combustible barrier with a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Located in Building A, the high voltage crane disconnect was obstructed by objects including a TV box and chairs. Employees are exposed to an electrical hazard from impeded access to electrical equipment.
