At 4822 West Linebaugh Avenue Tampa, FL: On or about April 01, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards, in that employee was allowed at was not made fire safe, in that, the employee had used brake cleaner/had used a flammable liquid aerosol to clean the material that he was going to weld, and then placed the can of break cleaner in the same area he was welding, wherein the can of break cleaner was not relocated at least 35 feet from the ignition source/the welding torch; therefore exposing the employee to fire and explosion hazards.
