29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Industry Operations Kitchen: On or about April 12, 2023, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards in that a portable fire extinguisher did not have signage to inform employees of the location in case of an emergency.
