29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net s. (a) 2201 Schoenersville Road Bethlehem PA., Roof: On or about April 11, 2023, an employee was observed on the flat roof portion of a two-story commercial building, staging materials in preparation for carpentry work, however, guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system was not in place while exposed to the 18-foot hazard.
