29 CFR 1918.22(b): Each side of the gangway, and the turntable if used, did not have a hand rail with a minimum height of 33 inches (0.84 m)(measured perpendicularly from rail to walking surface at the stanchion) and a midrail. a) On or about 04-12-2023 employee using the gangway to gain access to a floating barge is missing a side rail on one side exposing employees to a fall/drowning hazard.
