29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 1010 W Colfax, Kalaco Apartments, Denver CO 80204: On or about April 11, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing operations was trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 60 feet while conducting framing operations.
