29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:  On or about 04/04/2023, on the south exterior patio of a residential structure located at 990 SE Osprey Point Drive in Hobe Sound, Florida, an employee performing stucco work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 5 feet when carrying a mason stucco hawk and trowel in his hands while climbing a 6-foot step (A-Frame) ladder.
