29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(b): Where flammable liquids are used or handled, except in closed containers, means shall be provided to dispose promptly and safely of leakage or spills: a) At 1670 Drydock Avenue Building 236 in North Charleston, South Carolina, in the northeast corner: On or about April 11, 2023, the employer exposed employees to safety hazards in that open containers of CC-62 solvent and used gear oil were not properly disposed of at the end each shift or project.
