29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about April 13, 2023, and times prior thereto, six employees engaged in roofing activities on a commercial building, working above 6 feet replacing a corrugated sheet metal roof, without having an adequate fall protection system in place.
