29 CFR 1917.95(c): The employer did not provide well maintained emergency bathing, eye washing or other facilities where employees were exposed to hazardous substances. a) Maintenance Shop: On or about April 12, 2023 a plumbed emergency eye wash station was not being inspected to ensure that the water lines were free of sediment and bacteria exposing employees to an eye hazard. b) Maintenance Shop: On or about April 12, 2023 a self-contained emergency eye wash station was not being inspected to ensure that the fluids were being maintained exposing employee to an eye hazard.
