29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On April 11, 2023, employees of Lucas Stucco Stone & Brick, LLC were installing BA-100 Stucco adhesive onto a commercial building located at 1431 Highway 109, Wildwood, Missouri.  The employer did not ensure that workers exposed to fall hazards utilized a fall protection system.  Workers were applying stucco adhesive approximately 14.5 feet above the lower level on a flat roof containing a parapet wall approximately 15.5 inches high.  The workers were not utilizing a fall protection system.
