29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the construction site located at 16100 Round Tripper Drive, Parkville MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards while getting material out of a container lifted to the 3rd story balcony when employees were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
