29 CFR 1928.51(d): Every employee who operated an agricultural tractor was not informed of the operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment. Such information was not provided at the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter: On or about April 11, 2023, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards and the employer did not ensure Kubota tractor operators were competent through successful completion of the training and evaluation.
