29 CFR 1926.950(b)(1)(i): Each employee were not trained in, and familiar with, the safety-related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements in this subpart that pertain to his or her job assignments. a) On or about April 10, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting electrical operations were exposed to hazards related to installing/removing electrical power transmission/distribution lines as part of their normal job duties. The employer failed to provide effective training to all employees to recognize/identify these hazards.
