29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about April 13, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations at approximately nine (9) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about April 13, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were not provided with safe means of access to the roof nine (9) feet six (6) inches above ground. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with falls.
