29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A harness with lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about April 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee working on an aerial lift had fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. First Option Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500022, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2720 A John Hays St. El Paso, TX 79938.
