29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about 14 April 2023, employees of Hedrick Brothers Roofing LLC were installing roofing materials on the roof of a residential building located on Bellevaux lot 12 in Saint Charles, MO. Three employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about 14 April 2023, employees of Hedrick Brothers Roofing, LLC were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential building located at lot 12 Bellevaux in Saint Charles, Missouri. The employees were installing roofing materials without fall protection.
