29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about April 14th, 2023, at a worksite located at 430 grant Street, De Pere, Wisconsin: the employer did not address construction hazards by having frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person to ensure contractors were not exposed to hazards capable of causing injury and death, to include the use of fall protection.
