29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 6286 S Benton Way, Littleton CO, 80013: On April 15, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing siding operations on the leading edge of a residential house without fall protection and a fall distance of 8 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) 6286 S Benton Way, Littleton CO, 80013: On April 15, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing siding operations on the leading edge of a residential house without fall protection and a fall distance of 8 feet to the ground below. Employees were also exposed to fall hazards of the same height from the Werner Ladder being used to access and egress the roof did not extending 3 feet past the landing platform.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) 6286 S Benton Way, Littleton CO, 80013: On April 15, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while accessing and egressing the roof of a residential house to perform siding operations with a portable Werner Ladder that did not extend 3 feet past the landing platform.
