29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6.  Location - Parking lot - Inside and outside of storage area.  On or about 4/17/2023, tanks of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) were not protected from being knocked over or damaged, not protected from potential tampering from unauthorized persons, and were stored next to other gasoline containers.  Instance 1 -   On or about 4/17/2023, LPG tanks were stored next to unknown gasoline containers in the storage area adjacent to the parking lot.  Instance 2 -  On or about 4/17/2023, LPG tanks were stored in front of the storage area adjacent to the parking lot and were not protected from falling over, being struck by vehicles and other objects, and tampering.

On or about 4/17/2023, the company did not provide emergency eyewash stations for employees in the event of exposure to chemicals and other hazardous substances, such as Cintas Signet Pot & Pan Detergent and Cintas Signet Three-Compartment Sink Sanitizer, which are corrosive.

The establishment had 20 or more employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and this part required the establishment to keep records, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date:  Location - Throughout.  On or about 4/17/2023, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A or equivalent for calendar year 2021 by March 2, 2022. The establishment employed between 30 - 85 employees throughout the year, depending on the season.
