29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  Metal Roof Machine Warehouse: On the front of Roofing Machine #2 above the warning label close to where the metal is fed into the machine, two sets of gears had nip points that were not enclosed.  Employees were exposed to caught-in and rotating parts hazards.

Employees were exposed to caught-in and rotating parts hazards.  B) Brick Making Warehouse: A large conveyor used for racks for bricks had an uncovered sprocket wheel and chain exposed less than 7 feet above the ground.
