At a worksite located at 12808 S Foxborough, Lee's Summit, MO, 64086, an employee was exposed to eye injury hazards.  The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing him to use a pneumatic nail gun without utilizing eye protection.

At a worksite located at 12808 S Foxborough, Lee's Summit, MO, 64086, an employee was exposed to electrical shock and electrocution hazards.  The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing the use of an electrical extension cord with damage to its outer sheathing.
