29 CFR 1910.106(d)(7)(i):1910.106(d)(7)(i) Suitable fire control devices, such as small hose or portable fire extinguishers, were not available at locations where flammable or combustible liquids were stored: (a) on or about 5/3/2023 and at times prior thereto, workers at the FAA air traffic control tower in Hillsboro, OR were exposed to burns and smoke inhalation hazards in that there was not a small hose or portable fire extinguisher located outside of the flam locker near the front door of the building.
