(a) On or about 4/7/2023 at the jobsite located at 3546 S Ocean Blvd, PALM BEACH, FL 33480, an employee was using a BOSCH grinder that lacked a guard to cut concrete on the surface below his legs, exposing employees to possible struck by injuries. (b) On or about 6/13/2023 at the jobsite located at 3546 S Ocean Blvd, PALM BEACH, FL 33480, an employee was using a BOSCH grinder (Model: GWS13-50PD) that lacked a guard to sharpen rebar, exposing employee to possible struck by injuries.
