29 CFR  1910.430(b)(4):The output of the air compressor system(s) was not tested for air purity every six months by means of samples taken at the connection to the distribution system.  On or about March 7, 2023 at 476-498 Hanover St Extn, Boston, MA 02109, divers of ACK Marine Diving Services LLC were exposed to BTI30 oil mist vapor contaminated air from Quincy 325LS (SN UTY168974) air compressor system where the employer did not test the air purity of the air compressor system output within the past 6 months.
