Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system  On or about 13 April 2023, one employee from Bunch Construction Services was installing sheathing on the roof of a single family home located at site 75 on Healthy Way in Saint Peters, Missouri. He was not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.
