29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about April 18, 2023, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers were accessible, in that, the fire extinguisher located near the HOMAG Drill tec V-500 machine was blocked by a table. b) On or about April 18, 2023, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers were accessible, in that, the fire extinguisher located on the wall near the storage area was blocked by roll carts that contained wooden closet planks. c) On or about April 18, 2023, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers were accessible, in that, the fire extinguisher located on the beam, was blocked by a table and vacuum. d) On or about April 18, 2023, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers were accessible, in that, the fire extinguisher located near the bay door was blocked by a fan and the air hose cord. e) On or about April 18, 2023, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers were accessible, in that, the fire extinguisher located near the industrial racking system was blocked by it. f) On or about April 18, 2023, in the entryway, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguisher was identified.
