29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) At 2312 Sparta Way Buford, GA 30519: On or about April 19, 2023 the employer did not conduct effective frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, in that subcontracted unprotected framers were observed exposed to approximately 12-ft., 6-in. fall hazards, workers on the ground were not protected from head injuries where hard hat use was not enforced, and workers were exposed to eye injuries where tools such as but not limited to saws and pneumatic nail guns were in use where the use of eye protection was not enforced.
