Frequent and regular inspection(s) were not conducted by the General Contractor at a residential construction jobsite to ensure workers had/and or utilized proper fall protection where they were exposed to fall hazards while removing terra cotta roofing 2 levels above the ground. under contract for roof installation work with General Contractor. Condition noted on or about April 19 2023.
