29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the temporary residential construction site located at 13405 & 13407 Haskell Ct, Wichita, Ks, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees engaged in residential framing activities with the use of a pneumatic nail gun and a circular saw were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees were not provided with eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the temporary residential construction site located at 13405 & 13407 Haskell Ct, Wichita, Ks, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet 4 inches from the  truss decking of the residences to the interior concrete floor below and 10 feet 1 inch from the eve to the exterior ground below.   Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628515, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-14-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 12014 Shadow Lakes Wichita, KS 67205.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469202, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-06-2020 , with respect to a workplace located at 12811-13 E Timberlake Wichita, KS 67207.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  At the temporary residential construction site located at 13405 & 13407 Haskell Ct, Wichita, Ks, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in framing activities, using a Werner 8 foot A-frame stepladder, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet in that the ladder was not used for the purpose that it was designed.  The ladder was used in a folded position, not in the open position with spreader bars locked.  Framing Construction New Generation LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469202, citation number 1, item number 3-a and was affirmed as a final order on 04-06-2020 , with respect to a workplace located at 12811-13 E Timberlake Wichita, KS 67207.
