29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 4/19/2023 at 500 E. Stein Highway, Seaford Middle School, Seaford, DE 19973: Employees conducted roofing activities approximately 12 feet above the grade on a timber framed pole building with a 6/12 pitch roof without fall protection. The employee went back on to the roof without fall protection fell through the metal roof onto the concrete floor below the working area.
