29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (a) 721 North Yuma Street, Colorado Springs, CO: On or about April 18th, 2023, and at times prior, the employer, Eurocars Collision, did not ensure its detailing employees kept their faces clean-shaven from facial hair while using a half-face electrometric respirator.

29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i):Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: (a) 721 North Yuma Street, Colorado Springs, CO: On or about April 18, 2023, and at times prior, the employer, Eurocars Collision, did not ensure half-face respirators used by the detailing staff were stored properly to prevent contamination and damage. This exposed employees to illness while using the half-face respirators.

29 CFR 1910.22(a): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) 721 North Yuma Street, Colorado Springs , CO: On or about April 18, 2023, and at times prior, the employer, Eurocars Collision, exposed its employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards within the main service shop in that, cords were run across floors and multiple tools, carts, bottles and vehicle parts were located throughout the shop area not allowing for clear passage and walking through the shop and bays.
