29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that rigging equipment was affixed with legible identification markings required by paragraph (a)(2)(I) of this section: (a): On or about April 11, 2023, workers were exposed to struck-by hazards as a wire rope rigging was used without a legible tag identifying working loads. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
