29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 30 Black Oak Ct, York, PA, Worksite - on or about April 19, 2023, workers were observed performing frame carpentry work, at a height of more than 15 feet above the lower level, without being protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
