29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided. Location - 202 Burlington Road, Bedford, MA. On or about April 20, 2023, an employee was not directed to wear the proper safety gloves while using a 40,000 pounds per square inch (PSI) hydro pressure washer and suffered a serious injury.
