29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1 )(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   a. On or about  April 20, 2023, at the reception office area, a relocatable power tap (RPT) Model SL Waber was series connected to an extension cord and was used as a substitute for fixed wiring to provide power to a Magic Chef microwave oven and a compact Sanyo refrigerator, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.  NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer prior to citation issuance.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a. On or about April 20, 2023, at the reception office area.  An electrical disconnect switch panel was not readily accessible; there was a work desk, desktop computer and monitor located in front of the switch panel area.    NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   On or about April 20, 2023, the employer did not implement their written hazard communication program to ensure having safety data sheets for the following hazardous chemicals:  a. At the laundry area, employees used products such as Clothesline Fresh: laundry detergent (3) and Pure Bright bleach (sodium hypochlorite) during laundry operations.   b. At the pool area, employees used products such as Pool Time D.E. filter powder (diatomaceous earth) during pool maintenance operations.   NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer prior to citation issuance.
