29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck was moved when the boom was elevated in a working position with men in the basket and was not specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section. On or about April 20, 2023 employees performing masonry work using a JLG 8042 telehandler as a manlift were exposed to fall hazards due to the telehandler moving while an employee was elevated in the manbasket.
