(a) 119 Barkley Lane, Cherry Hill, NJ: Worker was exposed to caught in and struck by hazards as a trench they were working in while installing a new sewer line, had shear walls with no shoring or sloping and was 6 feet deep. Per the Lab results, this is type B soil. Condition noted on or around 04/20/2023.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
