29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Del Tura Golf Pro Shop, 18621 N. Tamiami Trail, N. Fort Myers, FL., observed on or about 04/20/2023, employees in the process of roof activities, on a 5 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to fall hazards up to 13'5", in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.
