On April 20, 2023, at the job site located at 2820 Peachtree Drive in Bismarck, ND employees working on setting trusses on a residential home at a height of 9.8 feet used an A-Frame ladder leaning against the wall and used the top of the ladder as a step to climb down from the top plate of a wall.
