29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: A) 11 Gazania Drive Old bridge, NJ 08857 - Four employees exposed to fall hazards from the deck of the first floor of a residential home. Fall height of 9ft B) 17 Gazania Drive Old bridge, NJ 08857 - Two employees exposed to fall hazard from the roof of a residential home. Fall height of approximately 25ft Hazard noted on or about 04/20/23 Bartun GC Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1611184, citation number 1 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/22, with respect to a workplace located at 58 Weir Drive East, Warrington, PA 18976. Bartun GC Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1602725, citation number1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/22, with respect to a workplace located at Reserve at Emerson Farms, Warrington, PA 18976.
