OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employer  did not require the use of bracing while installing trusses, exposing the employees to struck by hazards.   a) 1212 Lafayette Ave, Moundsville, WV; On or about April 17, 2023, employees were installing trusses on a new commercial carwash. The trusses erected, were not installed in accordance with BSCI 'Guide to Good Practice for Handling, Installing, Restraining & Bracing of Metal Plate Connected Wood Trusses' in that temporary lateral, and diagonal bracing was not installed along the top and bottom cord members.
