29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2):Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and/or were not dead front: a) Production area, H-1 breaker panel; On or about April 18, 2023 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to operate breakers mounted in a cabinet with the front cover removed and was not dead front exposed live unguarded 480 volts AC electrical parts.
