Employees conducting stucco and formwork application from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform had one plank with a two foot gap. The working level was approximately 15 feet from the lower level. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
